I believe that this does address that problem since you are able to update your vote leading up to the election.  There&#039;s no guarantee once a vote has been paid for that the voter didn&#039;t decide to go back and change the vote to his/her real preference.  This would make trying to purchase a vote worthless.]]></description>

<p>I believe that this does address that problem since you are able to update your vote leading up to the election. That may sounds bad, but if an individual trust another with their voting decision, all they are doing is delegating their vote to them, if anything that&#039;s also revolutionary. Families can vote together in one go, or if I trust someone&#039;s judgment I&#039;ll send them the key. Yes someone could be there? That way, every vote ties back to a registration and anyone could verify.  And if the number of registrations in a jurisdiction seems abnormal, it can be addressed appropriately.]]></description>
