Registering to Vote in Wyoming
Wyoming voter registration is fairly simple and you can even register to vote at the polls on election day.
- Be a resident of Wyoming
- Be a citizen of the United States
- Can’t be deemed mentally incompetent by a judge or court of law
- Felons must have their voting rights restored
- Be at least 18 years old
- Present a valid Wyoming driver’s license or provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
Where and How to Register
Registering in person: You can do this at the county clerk’s office. Just print out the registration form and sign it in front of any registry agent. You can also register at you polling place the day of an election.
Registering by mail: Print out the voter registration form and fill it out in front of a notary or someone authorized to administer oaths. Mail the form in as soon as possible. Voter registration by mail ends two weeks before an election.
